Sorry for the miss spelling.

I don't know why not. Soften it some then put it in your blender.

I have done that to smoothies because it is only me also.

Okay, this and the comments sounds VERY good. However, I'm the only one to drink a smoothie. Can this be frozen for future use?

Thanks!

I made it the same as the recipe and then made a few changes the next time.. I used berry blend from Gordans, the drinkable yogurt in place of milk, and it needed no sugar at all.. delicious both ways..

I use Splenda, cut milk to 1/2c add yogurt and 1/2 banana and low calorie and good for you.

If you use Splenda instead of sugar, and skim or 1% milk, that cuts down on calories too!

I make a wonderful smoothie also.

Take 1/2 cup orange juice; 5 ice cubes; spoonful of peanut butter (organic if you have it); 1 banana; whatever fresh fruit you have (I suggest strawberries & blueberries; a handful of walnuts; 1 tsp flax seed; and half scoop of whey protein (if you have it). Blend till smooth. Oh so yummy and healthy too. Marilyn
