Berry Banana Smoothies

1 cup reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
1/4 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
1 cup fat-free milk

In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until
smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

Yield: 3 servings.
