Berry Banana Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1/4 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
- 1 cup fat-free milk
Directions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until
- smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3
- servings.
