Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/4 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
  • 1 cup fat-free milk

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: One serving (1-1/4 cups) equals 161 calories, 1 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 6 mg cholesterol, 98 mg sodium, 31 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 8 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1 reduced-fat milk.
