Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked sliced beets
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 small tart apple
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Directions

  • Wash, core, and dice apples.
  • Mix beets, onion, apple, and vinegar. Refrigerate until chilled. Toss lightly and serve.
