A great drink for guys or gals on a hot summer day, this has a little kick. It's like a grownup version of limeade.Taste of Home Test Kitchen

I make this same recipe but substitute7-Up (NOT diet) for the water. Every time we have a party, I always have to make up about 5 batches of these margaritas because they go so quickly. I would have given it 5 stars if it had 7-Up instead of water! I also use Corona beer, not lite.

That's what I was missing - the can of lemon-lime soda!

This margarita was good, but I'll stick to my usual recipe of 1 can limeade, 1 can beer, 1 can tequila, & 1 can sprite. Just haven't found anything better.

These are great! Just use one container of frozen limeade - no measuring required. Then fill the limeade container with alcohol (I use tequila) and then one of water. Excellent with Corona!
