Beefy Taco Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
XKick-up the flavor
With Johnsonville Italian Sausage.

1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

In a large saucepan, cook the beef, onion, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until thick and bubbly, stirring occasionally. Yield: 5 cups.
