Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (17 ounces) peas, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups cooked wide egg noodles

Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add onions and garlic; saute until tender. Remove from the heat. Add remaining ingredients; stir until combined. Spoon into a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6-8 servings.
