Beef and Orzo Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 cup halved fresh mushrooms
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1 medium sweet yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups cubed cooked beef brisket
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup uncooked orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup KC Masterpiece®

Directions
- Saute the mushrooms, celery, pepper and onion in oil in a Dutch oven,
- until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is
