Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 package (2 ounces) thinly sliced smoked beef, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
Directions:
In a small bowl, soften onion in milk. Stir in cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add beef and olives; mix well. Chill. Serve on crackers. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
