Really liked it but for some reason, it caused terrific heartburn for my husband and myself.

I haven't made it but, sounds very easy. We love Taco's of any kind. Am sure my husband would like this also.I will definetly be fixing it!When we eat what we want for the meal, I'll cut or spoon it in to serving peices & freeze, then just heat it up in toaster oven after it is thawed. Sounds like it will be yummy good!

I substituted cornmeal muffin mix for bisquick (2 cups at another members suggestion) and it was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be adding this to our rotation.

I might try it with a corm meal topping. Real tacos should only be eaten with masa or corn tortillas, never flour!

Made 2 -- one as directed, the other with Refried Beans and corn instead of meat. Good stuff. :)

I have tried this with Corn Bread topping...and sweet sasage..oh this is so good....I have shared this with so many people..it is a big hit if you like Mexican...you can add more or less heat to it..also by adding hot pepper flakes.

What a great dish! I increase the amount of biscuit to 1 cup, and add frozen corn and fresh cilantro to the meat. My family loves it!
