Beef Taco Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat
- is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the salsa, taco seasoning and
- pepper. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and biscuit mix just until
- combined; pour over cheese. Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or
- until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield: 6
- servings.
