My family often requests this tasty stir-fry. It's great because it combines tender beef and nutritious vegetables in one dish. We enjoy it year-round but especially in summer, when I grow my own broccoli and onions. Plus, it doesn't heat up the kitchen. Ruth Stahl Shepherd, Montana

I've made this several times, and my husband and I LOVE it!! I cut the sodium a bit by using low sodium soy sauce and using only 1/4 cup of it, adding water to bring it up to 1/3 c. of liquid.

mine turned out more like a stew than a stir fry. i'm not a fan of beef stew so it wasn't a hit with me. won't make again.

This is really good! Everyone in my family loved it. My husband doesn't even care for broccoli and he liked it. Great, easy recipe!

Loved this. Easy and the taste was great. I told my husband it was good but he said he wasnt hungry. After he taste a bite he shouted, "That is GOOD!" and then proceeded to eat all of it! Cannot wait to make it again.
