This was surprisingly good. I've never liked any tater tot casseroles, but pregnancy is making me try some different things. I cannot have dairy so I used my normal alternates and it turned out well.

Very good, I substituted cream of mushroom for cream of broccoli

That is not bad for fastfood. I would recommend you mix everyting with Tarter Tots instead of pouring over Tater Tots. It seems that the picture shows same.

I used corn instead of broccoli, (husband won't eat anything green)and cream of mushroom soup instead of the other soup. Also added 1/2 onion, chopped, to the ground beef. My husband loved it! He said it was like a "comfort food" that his mother used to make for him. It is true when they say that the way to a man's heart is thru his stomach! Will definitely make this again!

Family really enjoyed this meal. It is so quick and we really enjoyed the texture of creamy and crunchy. I did omit the tomato however.

We loved this recipe for dinner and for leftovers too. The only difference was I used fat-free broccoli cheddar soup instead of cream of broccoli. This is one of our new weeknight favs.

This is great and easy to make! Great to use when making meals for others or having lots of guests for dinner. I did make a few changes as well. I chopped my own onion and minced some fresh garlic and used cream of mushroom soup instead of broccoli. I only had cheddar cheese so I used that and canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh. I will definitely be using this recipe often.

This casserole was delicious. I did make some changes though. I used Cheddar Cheese soup in place of the Cream of Broccoli, left out the tomatoes and added extra milk to make the meat mixture smoother. I also used Mexican Pepper Jack and Colby cheese which gave it a little kick. My husband and daughter went back for seconds. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.
