Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 can (15 ounces) unsalted navy beans, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled,

Directions

  • In food processor or blender, puree onion, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, beans, and garlic until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer bean dip to serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle with blue cheese and bacon.
