Be-Mine Sandwich Cookies

6 ounces white or chocolate candy coating
50 to 55 chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies
Assorted candy hearts, sprinkle or decorations
In a microwave-safe bowl or heavy saucepan, melt 2 oz. of candy coating at a time,
stirring until smooth. Spread over cookie tops; decorate immediately. Place on
waxed paper to harden.
Yield: 50-55 cookies.
