Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 basil leaf, optional

Directions

  • Spoon yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels, spread to 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Cover with additional paper towels; let stand 5 minutes. Scrape yogurt into a bowl using a rubber spatula.
  • Add basil, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well. Garnish with fresh basil sprig, if desired.
