As far as I'm concerned, there's no better way to spend a summer night than sitting outdoors with the family and enjoying a hot-off-the-grill meal like this.

Totally delicious - very tender and juicy meat with crispy, charred skin. I was surprised at how tasty and flavorful it turned out. Will definitely make this again.

This is so easy and I love the flavor it gives the chicken. I use if for tenderloins, too.

I quartered the recipe just to try it out with two skinless chicken breast & I wished I had made more! So delicious! I thought I was sitting in a steakhouse - it was that good! I toasted a bun on the grill & let cheddar cheese melt over the chicken, then spread bottled bbq sauce over it for the perfect sandwich.

Really simple and a great alternative to the tomato based barbecue sauces. The whole family loved it.
