Delicious!

The dough seemed too sticky to roll out after I finished adding the ingredients and I didn't want to add as much extra flour as it seemed like it would need. Instead, I just scooped out the dough with a spoon and made drop biscuits. It worked great and they tasted wonderful with a sweet gravy.

I made these with whole wheat & left out the honey (as my husband doesn't like honey!). Instead of kneading & rolling out the dough I just left it in the mixer for slightly longer & hand formed the dough into balls. They were delicious!

Yummy, fluffy, soft, easy to make biscuits!! Highly recommend this recipe--the honey gives it a nice mild flavor instead of the bitter biscuits that come out of other recipes. If you're looking for an easy, yummy, biscuit recipe, this is a GREAT one!

I have to agree with Crystal Dawn, I had the best results with these biscuits where others just didn't make the grade. This will now be my go-to recipe for biscuits.

Would not use Splenda - side effect is weight gain.

Quick and easy to make. Didn't need to change a thing! The honey added a nice gentle taste to the biscuit. Wonderful!

I loved this recipe. Was happy with how fluffy the biscuits turned out, and the flavor was excellent. Will make again!

I have found a recipe for really good biscuits. It is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, just right for melted butter and honey. The change I did was using Splenda
