Unbelievably good for something so simple! Was just enough for the two of us.

Excellent quick recipe that is full of energy. I added about 1/8 cup of chopped thick sliced Black Forest bacon fried in lime juice to the recipe and it was outstanding. the bacon blended very well with the other ingredients, however I think frying the bacon in lime juice was the key in enhancing the taste of the soup!

I forgot to say that I used frozen corn--zapped it for a minute. Great quick recipe.

This was very quick and easy. I think it could use some salt & pepper, but still good as it is written. I think this could have a lot of variations made to it; onions, garlic, kidney beans, navy beans, chili powder or what ever spices you like. Green chiles would probably be good to in it.
