If you're really hungry, there's nothing like a rack of these ribs! They're a great summertime treat, but our family also traditionally enjoys them with side dishes of coleslaw and beans during the football games on New Year's Day.

The ribs were delicious, but the sauce was lacking, didn't even taste like barbecue sauce. I bought two slabs of ribs, but only cooked one, as i found when i got home that each slab was 5lbs each and still there was half the sauce left. I frankly couldn't have put it all on or it would have run over the pan. Next time i will cook using these instructions, but using a different sauce.

I halved the recipe to feed my boyfriend and I. I didn't have to drain the pan, which I thought was odd. It was easy and perfect for us college kids, who like an occasional nice meal.

Loved the outcome. Easy, Fast and delicious. My guys loved these and I am making them again tonight. The sauce thickened up and was great.

Made these for Father's Day dinner and they were wonderful. I will definitely make these for football games. very easy, very tasty. Served with potato salad and cole slaw.

After reading the review above I halved the amount of water and it was almost perfect. Personally, I prefer a thicker sauce so maybe next time I will cut back again. The sauce had great flavor and I will definitively add it to my recipe box to make again!

Awesome & easy! Lurky - maybe you missed the direction to drain the pan before you put the BBQ sauce on.......

I followed this recipe with precision, and I was disappointed when the ribs were done baking. The sauce tasted good, but was very watery and therefore it was difficult to maneuver the pan out of the oven.
