Barbecued Steak Strips

1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 to 2 cups barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sugar

In a large skillet, brown steak in oil over medium-high heat until no
longer pink; drain. Combine the barbecue sauce, honey and sugar; pour
over meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15
minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened and meat is tender.


Yield: 3-4 servings.
