Barbecued Steak Strips

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon canola oil

Directions
- In a large skillet, brown steak in oil over medium-high heat until no
- longer pink; drain. Combine the barbecue sauce, honey and sugar;
- pour over meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for
- 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened and meat is
- tender. Yield: 3-4 servings.
