I grew up in a family of eight kids, and we never complained if Mom made these terrific hot dogs often for birthday parties and other family gatherings. You'll find that kids and grown-ups devour these...good thing they're easy to make. -Joyce Koehler, Watertown, Wisconsin

Instead of baking these I put them in a crock pot and took them to a potluck. I let them cook on high for about 1 hour (until heated through) everyone loved them. The crock pot kept them hot and ready to serve.

What a great way to dress up ordinary hot dogs! We have fixed this recipe often since first trying it, and we continue to do so. They are equally as good reheated, too!
