Quick weeknight meal. Served it tonite with potatoes and broccoli and a salad. If you serve it on top of the salad as I did, it reminded me of the fancy salads you get in restaurants. Definitely a keeper.

I make this recipe every holiday, great taste and the BBQ chips really make it. Everyone asks what's in it and it's my easiest recipe!!

Great snack! I added a few drops of hot sauce to the egg mixture & used precooked cubed chicken with seasoning. My 11 year old son loved these with barbecue sauce.

These are a HUGE hit with my family and friends! I followed the previous posters suggestions and added salt, pepper, and hot sauce to the egg/milk mixture. Also made some coated in crushed French onion Sun Chips--which the adults liked even better than the BBQ!

So quick and easy and delicious. Definitely something I could whip together on busy weekdays. Next time I may try with some hot sauce in the egg like someone else suggested, but they are definitely perfect as they are... Moist and crunchy. Tasted like I grilled them on the grill but didn't! I love them! Thank you.

I made this twice using BBQ chips. I did not salt/pepper the first time. Thought that it need a little kick. So next time I intend on putting a little hot sauce in the milk/egg mixture. I shared this with friends and they thought they were good.

Awesome, amazing, flavorful, moist, easy to make, inexpensive - what more could you want? It is amazing how much the barbecue flavoring flavors the chicken - just the right amount!

I made it for a Superbowl party and it was a hit. Definitely serve it with something to dip with it, barbecue sauce or ranch.
