Banana Upside-Down Cake Recipe

Banana Upside-Down Cake Recipe Rating 4

Because this starts with a cake mix, this is a fast and easy dessert to make. Plus, it uses up your ripe bananas and tastes great!—Lois Schlickau, Haven, Kansas

This was tastey when first eaten. Leftovers aren't! The bananas get hard and it's just not appetizing anymore. I rather use pineapple. They work better when re-heated or refrigerated.
