Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Jif® Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 large ripe frozen bananas

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 2-3 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (1 cup) equals 218 calories, 9 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 11 mg cholesterol, 91 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 6 g protein.
