Banana Shakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 large ripe frozen bananas

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 2-3 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 cup) equals 218 calories, 9 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 11 mg cholesterol, 91 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 6 g protein.

Simple and quick breakfast option with no sugar! I drank it on the road to work this morning. Love it! I added about 1 TBSP more PB.

My daughter really enjoyed this for breakfast. We usually make smoothies with frozen strawberries and pineapple, and I ran out - this is a nice change of pace for her, and the ingredients are always on hand.
