Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 small ripe bananas, quartered

Directions

  • In a blender; combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled tall glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: 1 cup (prepared with fat-free milk and low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt) equals 406 calories, 4 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 13 mg cholesterol, 151 mg sodium, 85 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 11 g protein.
