Very easy, and a nice change up from the usual steamed. However, watch it as it cooks, mine cooked in far less than the posted amount of time. Possibly because it was very fresh. It was a big hit and there were no leftovers! I didn't measure but just sprinkled the oil and balsamic vinegar over and a little salt and pepper, put it in and stirred it once. Quicker than steaming it! Wonderful flavor!
