So much flavor…so few ingredients! A quick and easy crumb coating makes this yummy tilapia recipe ideal for busy weeknights. Try the breading on cod for a change of pace. —Brandi Castillo, Santa Maria, California

I am trying to work more fish into our diets and this is a great recipe. My boys, 5 and 3, ate this up and wanted more after it was all gone! I appreciate that this recipe is both easy and healthy. My only complaint is that the bread crumbs didn't brown very much during the cooking time, but the tilapia was still delicious. I didn't want to overcook the fish.

This was very flavorful. We enjoyed, but my teen son prefers tilapia with lemon pepper seasoning and not bread crumbs.
