So I cube them into a bowl, spray them with nonstick cooking spray and season with garlic powder, parsley and basil or oregano. This was good and so easy! I made it with chicken broth because my husband doesn't like wine, but I'm sure it would be even better with it. I sprinkled some garlic salt and a little poultry seasoning on the chicken before adding the sauce,so that also added some flavor. It looks like you really put in a lot of work but took me very little time to prep. so it would be good for company.

the chicken was excellent!!! very tasted and very quick....however i added a few things of my own...along with swiss chesse I added thinly sliced ham, after adding the crushed croutons i added a little garlic powder, paprika and parsely. this chicken was wonderful!!!!

This recipe was so easy and yet is elegant. I used caesar croutons and frozen chicken breasts which I defrosted in the microwave. Very yummy!

I absolutely love this recipe. I sometimes (not that it isn't rich enough) will crush the croutons and add some melted butter to them....mmmmmmmm then put them on top and bake.
