This warm rhubarb dish is a wonderful accompaniment for any meal. It is so flavorful for a dish that's exceptionally quick and easy to fix.
Editor's Note: If using frozen rhubarb, measure rhubarb while still frozen, then thaw completely. Drain in a colander, but do not press liquid out.
