Baked Onions with Dill
My husband likes any kind of onion dish, and this is one of our favorites. It's perfect for serving with a roast beefthe taste of the sweet onions accents the meat wonderfully. I especially enjoy baking, but when you raise beef cattle like we do, you get good at cooking meat dishes!
