Would make again but this first time I added 1/4 c. of onion and a little garlic to enhance flavor and am using about a cup am serving with Turkey loaf

I made this recipe, used a little more cheese then called for. It's the best Mac & Cheese I've had in a very long time. Great Flavor

Very quick and easy to prepare. Added more pasta though. Will experiment with various other cheeses.

This is great tasting and easy. I used one cup of uncooked elbows because I thought the 1/2 cup seemed like it would be too little pasta for all the cheese. This is a perfect dish for two. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This is a great tasting sauce but it makes lots. I would add a little bit more noodles next time. Cauliflower and peas were a great addition!
