When we made this recipe, we ended up wanting to eat this as much or more than the main dish. It's hard to get everyone to eat vegetables in my family, this is an excellent dish!

Added extra garlic and a little extra cheese/breadcrumb mixture. I didn't have any minced onion so I just added some onion powder. Really yummy!

I made this recipe twice. I used dried garlic. I also used organic apple cider vinegar. Next time I would make more topping. I did not have bread crumbs so I crushed up some ranch croutons.

I liked the recipe. I also added crumbled bacon, and I liked the addition of bread crumbs, onions, and parm cheese, which I wouldn't have thought about doing myself! I didn't use the exact measurements for bread crumbs, onions and parm cheese because I personally like alot more than the recipe called for. I didn't use cider vinegar as I didn't have any, but don't think I would have wanted that anyways. I used garlic powder instead of garlic just because that's what I had on hand. I would make this recipe again.

Very bland tasting, my husband didn't care for it and frankly neither did I. I wouldn't waste your time or money on making this recipe.
