Baked Barbecued Beef

2-1/2 pounds ground beef
2 small onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
10 to 12 hamburger buns, split

In a Dutch oven, brown beef and onions; drain. Stir in the next eight ingredients.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.

Yield: 10-12 servings.
