Baked Artichokes with Parmesan Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces frozen artichokes hearts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons ground pecans
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Lightly coat 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Place artichokes in colander and rinse well with cold water to separate.
  • Drain well, pat dry with paper towels. Place in prepared pie plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • In small bowl, combine pecans, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, and oil. Sprinkle mixture evenly over artichokes
  • Bake 15 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
