I first tried these broiled treats at my sister-in-law's house. The juicy mushroom caps and creamy filling were so fabulous that I had to get the recipe. It's hard to believe how simple, fast and easy they are. -Angela Coffman Stewartsville, Missouri

These were so yummy. I did have to cover them and bake a little longer though, they browned before the mushrooms got soft.

Easy, and so tasty. My husband didn't think he'd like them, but he loved it.

Yum! Made a smalled batch as I was short on cream cheese. I also added a small amount of shredded mozerella. Gone in no time!

I didn't have any bacon so I ground up some cooked ham (left over from Christmas dinner) & used a cup instead of 1/2 cup. I also added about a 1/4 c of soft bread crumbs. They came out delicious!!! Very easy & quick recipe - sure to be used over & over again!

These are so delicious. The mushroom comes out just a little steamed and the mixture is perfect! I'll be adding this recipe to my favorites! Angela
