These cheesy potatoes are always welcome at our dinner table, and they're so simple to make. A perfect complement to ham, this homey side dish also goes well with pork, chicken and other entrees. -Cris O'Brien, Virginia Beach, Virginia

Old style simplicity with home comfort taste. My husband and boss were very impressed. Made alongside baked chicken, cooked carrots, and biscuits.

Very good and easy potatoes. The first time I made they were pretty rich with alot of sauce. The next time I made using about 6 cups of potatoes and they were perfect! I lighten them up with light margarine, skim milk and 2% cheese.
