Addicting! I couldn't stop eating them. Just as good (if not better) as one's I've had at the Elephant Bar restaurant. I added some mango to the leftovers, and it gave it a neat flavor. (To me, mango can make almost anything taste delicious.) :)

My family loved these! I already had reduced fat chunky peanut butter and it was so good! Highly recommend

These turned out fabulous. My husband started eating them standing up in the kitchen. He wouldn't even wait until he walked in to dining room and sat down.

This was delicious, and so very easy to make. I can't wait to make it again. The wraps were a bit messy with the lettuce ripping, so I wrapped them up in some whole wheat tortillas and called them Thai Tacos. Spinach tortillas would work great, too, I bet. And I had some left overs on a bed of baby spinach for lunch the next day... still great.
