Very good. I used country ribs since they were on sale and the meat was very tender and delicious. My only concern was the sesame oil...it had such a strong smell I was not sure I would be pleased with the results. It tasted good but I think the next time I may use half the amount of sesame oil. Sauce thickened nicely with the cornstarch and was great on the rice.
