Ingredients

  • 15 ounces canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large garlic clove, cut in three pieces
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste

Directions

  • In blender, puree chickpeas, garlic, water, lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, and wasabi paste.
  • Transfer to serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
