Ingredients

  • 8 cups fresh shredded cabbage, (64 ounces)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion, halved
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1/3 cup peanuts

Directions

  • In large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
  • In small bowl, whisk chili sauce, lime juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and peanut oil.
  • Toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Add peanuts, toss well. Refrigerate before serving.
