Arugula Salad with Oil and Vinegar Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped arugula
  • 1 ounces chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • Wash argula. Pat dry.
  • In large salad bowl combine arugula and walnuts.
  • In small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss.
