Artichoke and Cumin Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pinch salt, to taste
  • 28 ounces canned artichokes hearts, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • In food processor, puree artichoke hearts, garlic, cumin, and 1-1/2 tablespoons olive until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon into serving bowl and swirl remaining olive oil on top.
