This makes a nice breakfast parfait. The yogurt and applesauce go nicely together, and I love the granola and raisins.

I use honey flavored Greek Yogurt. It's very easy to add whatever fresh, frozen or even canned fruit I've got on hand. Delicious.

This was quick, easy and delicious. I used unsweetened applesauce with a little agave syrup to make it even more diabetic friendly.
