These are so easy, and sooooo good! My husband loves them and declared the recipe a WINNER! I'll be making these frequently, and it's so easy in my deep fryer. I cut the apples in strips, dipped them in a sugar/cinnamon mixture (heavy on the cinnamon), and just laid them on the wrapper, wet all edges and folded it over to seal. You'll have to turn them over after about 15 seconds, but that's as hard as it gets! I also dusted the tops lightly with the cinnamon-sugar when they came out of the fryer. Just enough sweetness, but the tart freshness of the apple comes through wonderfully.

very easy to make i made it for thanksgiving and while the kids loved it the certified chefs in the family however said that it was missing some stuff they suggested for me to use eggroll wrappers and next time fill it with brown sugar and cinnamon along with the apples then bake it to give it more of a taste to it but i will defiantly make this one again however next time im using apple pie filling and eggroll sized wrappers
