My husband and children enjoy these tender coffee cake-like muffins as a quick breakfast or snack on the run. The drizzle of glaze makes them pretty enough for company. —Dulcy Grace, Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania

They're awesome! I doubled the recipes andI had to add 2 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 tsp of ground nutmeg in the batter. They're also great for breakfast on the go... and they are also good for snacks as well!! I will make some more soon!! Thanks!!

I made this into a bread instead of muffins and I added 1 tsp. of cinnamon into the batter...and cooked for 50 minutes. The loaf was gone in a couple hours because no one could get enough! I'm definitely making this again soon!
