My husband and children enjoy these tender coffee cake-like muffins as a quick breakfast or snack on the run. The drizzle of glaze makes them pretty enough for company. —Dulcy Grace, Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania

I made this for a group of teens and they loved it. I found it to be a bit too many step, so instead of the icing, I covered it with caramel and it was soooo delish.

Had some gala apples to use up so tried this recipe & my family loves them! So moist and flavorful. I followed the exact directions exept I didn't add the glaze - they are delicious w/out it! I'm sending this recipe to my whole family. Highly recommend!

I have already made these twice in one week! They were VERY well received, everyone loved them. The only change I made was to cut the glaze recipe in half and it was still plenty for twelve muffins. Thanks for sharing.

I just pulled these out of the oven! They smelled wonderful while baking and tasted even better! I did not use the glaze because I wanted to freeze some of them. I would love to try the glaze next time I make these. My 5 year old picky daughter ate 2 in one sitting! They are very moist and I did not even have to use butter!

This is just about the best Apple Streusel muffin recipe I've ever made. I make these quite often for home and for bake sales at church. Everyone loves them!

These are absolutely delicious. The only change I made was to make a bit more of the topping....I like lots of topping! Who doesn't?!! Make these...you won't be disappointed!

This recipe has become a family tradition for Thanksgiving & Christmas. My son always wants to make these for Santa rather than cookies!!

Just finished this recipe and Oh...My...Lord! First, the scent it leaves throughout my house is heavenly. When I tasted it, I couldn't believe how moist it was! Seriously, it tasted bakery-bought. And it wasn't over sweet, it was just right! (I made it without the glaze topping and in a regular cake pan.) I will be making this recipe again; in fact, it may be my annual Christmas cake! Five stars are not enough!

They're awesome! I doubled the recipes andI had to add 2 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 tsp of ground nutmeg in the batter. They're also great for breakfast on the go... and they are also good for snacks as well!! I will make some more soon!! Thanks!!

I made this into a bread instead of muffins and I added 1 tsp. of cinnamon into the batter...and cooked for 50 minutes. The loaf was gone in a couple hours because no one could get enough! I'm definitely making this again soon!
