Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Spring mix salad greens
  • Assorted fresh fruit

Directions

  • In a small bowl, whisk the first eight ingredients. Drizzle over greens and fruit. Yield: 2 tablespoons.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 54 calories, 5 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 327 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
